Need Your Lunch? They Do

Earlier this year we launched our 1 Million Lives Plus Campaign to ensure that, by World Aids Day (1st Dec) 2008 over 1 million young people in Africa are able to access our essential Aids Prevention Education Programmes. As part of our fundraising effort we’ve launched our "Lunch a Month" Club and would be so excited if you would join us in committing to give £2, £3, £5 or the cost of one lunch per month towards our campaign! At the Act4Africa office we're setting aside the first Monday of every month as our Lunch-A-Month Day, but you might want to choose a different day that works best for you and your friends.

We currently have only 50 regular supporters for our work. As our work expands into Malawi and Zimbabwe and we launch our Women’s Empowerment Programme in Tanzania we desperately need to increase our regular donations in 2009. Our goal is to boost that number to 200 by December 2008. Please join us, and commit to give up the cost of one lunch per month .....today.
