We are pleased to offer our unique three month “Mission in Motion” overland expedition which will take you by custom built truck right through the very heart of Africa. Stopping off in either Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania or Zimbabwe, Malawi and Tanzania to deliver Christian outreach and HIV/AIDS sexual health education with our local teams, this is a trip for the real adventurers amongst you. We will provide you with a “virtual home”, our custom built truck, which will give you a panoramic view of Africa seen by few and an experience which will change your life. Take in the stunning mountainous views & fabulous game whilst sharing opportunities to work with local schools, villages and communities away from the beaten track. Working as a team in a camping environment will give you real opportunities for personal development and spiritual growth. You may never feel closer to God than when you’re worshipping around the campfire in the open bush or asked by local villagers to pray with the sick.

The 3 month expedition runs from

September – November (Zimbabwe, Malawi, Tanzania)
January – March ( Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania)

Project Target: £2,225.00 *

* This covers food & training, all land transport by expedition vehicles including road tolls and ferries, & vehicle fees, all vehicle entrances to national parks or sites, use of all expedition equipment, the services of the crew & local guide & medivac & vehicle accident liability insurance. Excludes airfare to and from Africa.
All participants are encouraged to raise more than the minimum expedition costs – all additional funds are used to support the work of the local African teams.

 

Act4Africa expeditions to Tanzania and Uganda are taking place as usual this summer, however due to the current exceptional circumstances in Kenya we will not be visiting Nairobi this year.
